She is sure its Linda Blair but i think its the portrait of some very misbehaved little girl. This father made it a point to go to the least skilled tattoo artist he could find and get the most hideous rendition of his daughter possible in order to exact some brilliant psychological abuse which I'm sure made the girl quit committing what ever habitual badness she was up to.
