The holidays are here, so go ahead – have that extra serving of ham. Let loose and polish off that plate of cookies. We’ve got some easy workout ideas that will make those holiday pounds melt off:

How to burn it off: Hula hoop for 10 minutes with one of Mary J Blige’s gold hoop earrings.

I do not usually post to someone’s blog however I like this post so I was forced to do so. Straying off subject somewhat, what are your views about walking? It is these days being put forward as the best exercise to burn fat.

I always try to less 1-2 days a week to start , so I mentally trick myself into belive its not hard. then increase a day each week. I a month I have cut back my daily intake and on the road to healthy weight.
