I was listening to your racing over the Outback sauce and it sounded very familiar to something I made recently. We have been watching Kitchen Nightmares on Hulu recently so we decided to eat-in for Valentine’s Day. I picked up some USDA Prime New York steaks and king crab legs but needed some help deciding how to cook the steaks. We found this on allrecipes.com as you can tell. It came out great and needed no further sauces or seasonings. I have not been to Outback in years, so I’m not sure if this recipe is even close to what you were thinking of, but it is probably worth your while. It’s easy and cheaper than dining out. We enjoyed this with a glass of Shiraz (Two Buck Chuck of course).
Great show, again. I bite my tongue every week because I want to comment on everything (except most of the reality show nonsense). You complete me! :p
