thank you. the thing about it is that yes, he can sing very high, but why does he have to do it in every fucking song. its so ridiculously self indulgent. not to mention the fact that his tone when he sings in his upper register his tone is really awful. earlier this season they compared him to jeff buckley. the problem with that is that although lamberts range is comparable to buckleys, jeffs tone in his high falsetto was pure and beautiful, and lamberts is just shrill and shreaky and weird because he for some reason feels the need to stick his tongue out when he sings. fucking bizarre how much acclaim hes getting. oh yeah, and also, its so fucking contrived. none of his performances are emotionally delivered, theyre all theatrical and over-the-top. he doesnt write these songs, he just makes gay sexy eyes at the camera and sings breathy and dramatically. really ridiculous.

ADAM (in an interview with Mike Slezak) referred to the people who don’t like his STYLE of SINGING “I don’t expect everyone to like my music, so if you don’t like it “whatever” go buy someone else’s music. As for his “SCREECHING” as all of you EXPERTS put it……….he was critiqued by three OPERA EXPERTS and they “ALL THREE” gave him “RAVE” reviews…….stating that he has REMARKABLE VOCAL RANGE… one critic compared him to FRANCO CORELLI (who also wore eyeliner) one of the GREAT OPERA SINGERS of our time. His VOCAL range, too, was WAY UP THERE! So if you want to BASH someone for their singing PLEASE get your FACTS straight first!!! ADAM LAMBERT is a WORLD IDOL…….CAN EVERYONE BE WRONG??? Adam has an over-sized ego? I’m very surprised that you view him that way. I have seen most of his interviews and have always been impressed with the charming, polite and humble way he interacts with reporters, fans, fellow idols and even the paps that have followed him. He seems like a real sweetheart to me, and I think his parents did a wonderful job of raising a remarkable young man. 2. He is going to sing for the new movie 2012 and I hope it does well so you FREAKS will shut your pie holes about him.
3. Jillian…you’re obviously a jealous, overbearing attention whore who thinks you know more about singing than experts. Brian May from Queen said Adam’s voice is terrific and had lots of good things to say about his 2012 song and said he will be a big star.
4. When he is making big bucks singing for the whole world(he already has tours lined up in Europe) you sickening haters will still be saying crap about him on some blog of an attention freak like Jillian.
5. Saw your photo Jillian…you’re nothing to write home about. And no doubt you “cleaned them up” before publishing them.
6. I went to 2 tour concerts and saw Adam up close. His skin isn’t bad at all. Besides that…when you’re 40 and still making nasty remarks about him, he’ll be making mega bucks and will be able to afford to get what FEW scars he has on his face sanded.
7. You should get a new hobby Jillian…like skydiving without a parachute or swimming at the Grand Rapids.

All you haters calling Adam fans ‘12 year old girls’, are probably middle-aged, or older, hating on a young guy with loads of spunk and who’s getting more attention from girls, or guys, than you ever did times AT LEAST a thousand. Oh and just to let you know, if you have been in the theatre business, you would know that they use a lot of makeup on their faces, or maybe it’s his small stint in dressing up in drag, so that’s probably the reason why his skin isn’t that perfect.

In stumbling on all this way after the fact, I actually got a laugh from all the over the top comments from Glamberts and Claymates who seem to have descended upon this page. All I can say is to each his own….but I really don’t get all the hating going on. The article itself was OTT so naturally it would attract sentiments in keeping with the tone of the article. I never really understood anyone wasting their time hating on a celebrity…let alone a reality celebrity….someone they don’t even know…neither do I understand the crazy fans that respond to it. Unfortunately celebrities have no control over who likes them, obsesses over them or behaves in a manner unbecoming, anymore than they have over the haters and detractors who will always be around. What I will say is everyone who commented so strongly here should have bookmarked this article so they all could meet back here in a year and revisit the subject…I have a feeling that the Glamberts won’t care much at that point what the haters say or think if the presale orders of Adam’s album are indication of where he will be in year from now, currently #1 on amazon.com and in top 5 on all others. And by then the Claymates will have a new album from Clay to obsess about. On the other hand who has sold more albums at that time might just bring back the crazy fan war and all the hate that seems to go with it. I will definitely find it all interesting to watch in the coming years. Celebrity fans can be so OTT and crazy….and almost as ridiculous at the author of this article…yet so entertaining! ;D
