Ha, so true, the careers advisors were a bunch of morons as well. Isn’t Spanish harder than French? Because of the verb tenses. I did Spanish, and apparently the tenses are like Latin, whereas in French the tenses are more like they are in English. Although they say the pronounciation is harder…. hmm
I love it when I’m strolling into a store at my leisure for an item or two and see an old high school aquainttance bogged down with, like, 7 kids in the cart. All screaming. hee hee hee hee! Yeah, children are grrrrrreat. *rolls eyes*
Nikki – I studied both languages. Spanish pronunciation is light years easier. It is also easier to HEAR what people are saying in Spanish – whereas if you are listening to a French speaker, it takes a lot of thinking to differentiate between words and whatnot.
VERY FUNNY! I am glad those jocks end up rotating my tires though, otherwise I’d have to do it myself.
@Jills — same thing here – I was not the popular one in HS, but I am now the thin, well dressed one without some kind of child mucous splattered all over my shirt. I love it!
Yes, this is totally real! KUM is a leave-in hair conditioner, and it was recently spotted at a Dollar Giant store. The directions tell you to “harvest the power of KUM” – and the tagline is… drumroll please… “Love It & Leave It!” The artistic design down the side of the bottle is pretty priceless, too.
Right about now, sluts all over the world are giggling to themselves and thinking: “why would I pay a whole dollar for kum when I can get it for free?”

“He just wants to see your vadge”.
Isn’t that the God’s Truth. Just give him a little bit of pink and you’ll have yourself a good prom night.
