VIDEO: Barack Obama Dancing on the Ellen Degeneres Show

For those of you who haven’t seen it, here’s some video of Barack Obama dancing his way on stage at the Ellen Degeneres Show. Obviously Obama got his dance moves from the Caucasian side of the family. I think I even saw a little “white man’s overbite” thrown in there for good measure.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m an Obama fan. I’m just tired of all Ellen’s dancing in general. Ellen Degeneres needs to STOP DANCING. We get it. It might have been funny for the first 2 weeks, but it’s 5 years later, and I’m finding myself sympathizing with the grumpy old townspeople in Footloose. Somebody tell her she’s a middle aged white woman on a daytime talk show – not a backup tour dancer for the Sugarhill Gang. I haven’t seen such bad popping and locking since my Grandmother’s battle with TMJ.

he was soooo holding back…. he didn’t want to seem like he had TOO much rhythm because that might scare away some voters in blue collar swing states.

“White man’s overbite” … that was one of my favorite scenes in When Harry Met Sally
I think Obama was definitely holding back, Becca! If he came out busting a move, stupid people wouldn’t take him seriously anymore. “Ooh, he can dance. He certainly shouldn’t be president.”

YESSSSSSSSSSSS I agree Ellen is one of the funniest bitches alive but this whole dancing thing has got to go! I personally don’t find it funny anymore, it is just grating to watch a bunch of 40+ year olds in the audience with no rhythm gyrating in their seats.

It’s OK if you don’t find Ellen’s dancing funny anymore, but you’re just being a killjoy for bad-mouthing over 40’s folks who let themselves go and join the fun. I say DANCE DANCE DANCE!!!! BTW, I LOVE that Obama shook it on her show! All in the name of good clean fun, I say!
